Sadly, today’s culture offers too many opportunities for them to stumble into the clutches of hapless promiscuous behavior.

If done correctly, parents can initiate the topic of promiscuity with children. It may become a little dicey. But...

Leaving them to chance is like attempting to prepare a meal with no ingredients.

Worse yet, letting their peers or a sex education teacher do the job for you is something that may hurt your children when they are faced with alluring distractions...and we all know they will be.

The reality is, sex education in today’s schools often include:

• How to use contraceptives.


• Where to find free or low cost birth control without your permission.


• Teaching them about deviant alternative lifestyles…and more.

Basically, everything you don’t want your preteens to learn before they’re ready. There is a way to fight back…

There are people who say children in this day and age can’t control their libidos.

And many critics scream at the top of their lungs that staying sexually pure doesn’t work.

I say they wouldn’t know what abstinence only education was if it slapped them in the face.

Pay no attention to them.

Helping your preteens appreciate the benefits of abstinence only sex education before they reach puberty is of supreme importance.

Your child’s physical and emotional health is dependent upon your focused determination.

With some swift intervention, it is highly possible to prove the explicit “pro-this and pro-that” crowd wrong.

And you may very well beat the odds of your child becoming a grim statistic of disease, unwanted pregnancy, prison, and death.

A wise person once said…

Take the initiative to educate yourself about the benefits of sexual purity so that you can educate your child properly.

This way you control the environment in which they learn about the subject - without any outside interference.

You’ll also avoid the trap of complacency that might derail the chance to communicate your values to your child.

As a parent, you should be the only one to determine when and by whom your child receives abstinence only education...not the government or the local school authorities.

Lead by example. It all starts with you.
